Discounted Pricing

Profile Systems has developed the Home Office Packages to ensure clients and staff have a cost effective and ergonomic solution. The prices shown on this website have been discounted to ensure all families have an opportunity to work from home using the right tools. Profile Systems Home Office products may not be used for commercial use and pricing cannot be applied for commercial use.

Services

We do not currently offer assembly or installation for our online items. All items are delivered flat packed/in boxes/packaging.

Cancellation and Refunds

Profile Systems do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please purchase carefully and mindfully.

Payment Methods

Profile Systems accept Visa credit/debit cards, MasterCard credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Product

Warranty

All Profile Systems products are covered by warranty for varied and specified time periods. The warranty for each item is clearly outlined on each product seen at www.profilesystems/home-office.com.au

Assembly

There are some items that can be slightly more complex to assemble. Considering this, we provide user instructions to help with assembly, for those products that require them. The necessary tools required for assembly are to be provided by the customer, however Profile Systems will recommend the best tools if required.

Missing or damaged parts

If you notice there are damaged or missing parts when you receive your product, please let us know immediately and we will provide you with the alternative parts.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness is of incredible importance to Profile Systems. All of our staff ensure cleanliness is at the utmost priority when handling your products. As each product comes packaged, we do not personally handle any product and if we do, we ensure we wear protective gloves and practice cleanliness with regular hand sanitisation and hand washing.

Delivery

Delivery Timeframe

Upon order confirmation, you will be given a clear and accurate timeframe to which your product will arrive at your home. The lead time may vary due to your address and will be confirmed on a case by case basis. Changes to your delivery date can be made at any time, with notice given.

Delivery Acceptance

Your goods will be delivered to your door only and will not be assembled. Please note that you must be available to receive your order within the assigned
delivery date and time window. For your convenience, the driver will contact you prior to their arrival at your residence. A person aged over 18 years old must be present to receive your order.

Delivery Terms

Please note, Profile Systems Home Office Products are for residential use only. We do not deliver our Home Office items to PO Boxes or Corporate addresses. Profile Systems deliver these items to residential addresses only and reserve the right to cancel your order should we believe the address is not residential or is misleading in anyway.
