Working with our valued partner, Scope Projects, our Sydney team delivered a comprehensive speculative (spec) suite fitout on Level 26, 201 Kent St, Sydney.

The new spec suite presents a fully-furnished, high-quality workplace for any commercial tenant looking for a captivating move-in-ready space. Spec suites are a great option for those businesses that need to move into their office quickly and efficiently.

Some products featured in this project include our PS Lift Round Leg Workstations, Butterfly Task Chair, Arco Executive Chair, Disk Base Table and a fully-customised Four-Tier Locker system. Most notable, however, was the use of our Australian Made Connix Table Range, which was used throughout the meeting and breakout areas – adding elegance and a sculptural aesthetic. Featuring a timber or metal base with subtle angular details, this table was an easy choice for this fit out. With sustainability a key focus on this fit-out, the Connix Table is GECA Approved and manufactured in an ISO14001 Certified Factory. 

Connix is available in various configurations and can be customised with any specified top, powder-coat or stained timber finish. By using 100% GECA approved recycled board as a top, this table can be fully recyclable and therefore can continue it’s lifecycle through the circular economy.
