A forward-thinking investment company recently led the design of this new speculative suite to meet the demands of the evolving market. The goal was to create a versatile and contemporary workspace that would appeal to potential tenants, emphasising collaboration, flexibility, and productivity. The design reflects the investment company’s long-term commitment to providing modern, adaptable environments that align with the needs of today’s businesses.
The project, spanning across one large level, was thoughtfully curated with a comprehensive combination of Profile Systems’ furniture solutions.
The open-plan work area was transformed by using our PS Lift Workstations (with adjustable-height capabilities), arranged in 6-pax pods. These were complemented by our ergonomic Spark Task Chair, designed for optimal comfort, ensuring lasting support and productivity.
A standout feature of the workplace is the very aesthetically pleasing café and kitchen area, combining chic, contemporary furniture to create an inviting yet functional space. The carefully chosen materials and finishes of our Drum Wood Table combined with the Sheep Chair, enhance the soft, neutral tones of the environment.
The meeting rooms are thoughtfully designed to cater for both formal and informal settings, featuring our versatile Orion Meeting Tables and supportive Arco Executive Chairs to assist during lengthy meetings. Integrated tabletop power capabilities ensure the space is equipped for a variety of meeting needs, whilst the blend of functional furniture and sophisticated design creates a private space that anyone would ideally retreat to.
Throughout the space, our Lulu shelving and Sliding Door Cabinets provide smart, adaptable storage solutions that also serve as flexible room dividers, creating sections whilst also maintaining an open flow across the workplace. The use of these space dividers is a smart design decision, especially for limited space.
By incorporating refined yet practical furniture solutions, this new workspace showcases a commitment to creating an environment that balances connectivity, versatility, and visual harmony.
